Sidenote: this list is inspired by the one on henry.codes, written by Henry Desroches. Go check him out!

Hardware

  • Laptop — 2022 ASUS TUF A15, with RTX 3060 (6GB VRAM), AMD Ryzen 7 6800H, and 16GB of DDR5 RAM. Kinda heavy, a little outdated for gaming. Still works for, well, work.
  • Phone — Samsung Galaxy A71. I should probably get a new phone soon.
  • Mouse — Logitech M650. Small enough to bring anywhere. And it's pink (which is my brand color™).
  • Keyboard — Fantech Maxfit67 (i know what you're thinking 🧍‍♂️) with Gateron Milky Yellows and built-in PBT keycaps.
  • IEM — 7Hz x Crinacle Zero: 2. A little on the bassier side, but it's still quite fine.

Software

  • Text editor — Zed. It's fast! Not a Chromium app! Written in Rust!
    • Font — Geist Mono.
  • Design — Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Notes — Obsidian (synced with Syncthing).
  • Bookmarking — Raindrop.
  • Browser — Edge.
  • Operating systems — Windows 11.

Deprecated

  • Logitech G102/G203. Broken.
  • Visual Studio Code. There is (was?) this little (driver-related?) visual bug that affects Chromium apps that makes coding on VSCode a little uncomfortable. Zed also feels faster, anyway.
  • Zen Browser. A little too heavy for my laptop to handle, as time goes on.
  • Fedora Linux. I don't really see a use for Linux for myself, to be honest.
