Hello there! I'm Almahbuby Anwar (call me Buby!), a software engineer and hobbyist graphic designer who (as of writing this) is currently studying computer science in uni. Here, I'm going to talk a little bit more about myself.

I mostly do web development, mostly involving TypeScript-based libraries, but also older tech at times (PHP and Laravel, anyone?). I also do cross-platform mobile app development using either Flutter or React Native.

I also have an interest in artificial intelligence (AI) development, which I may have to check more of later (totally not an AI-bro >:3).

Aside from software engineering, I have an interest in graphic design, especially UI/UX and print/poster design. I can probably describe my preferred design style as something minimalistic: cyberminimalism, nu-brutalist, Swiss-style, etc. and stuff such as "webcore"; some of which is reflected on the design of this website, and some stuff that are still work in progress.

More about who I am.

I was born and raised in Jakarta. I got my first computer when I was around 2-3 years old, can't remember what I exactly did on it, and I grew up to have an interest in technology and design (also probably because of a magazine/tabloid about smartphones that I used to read often when I was a kid). I joined a vocational high school in 2020, majoring in software engineering. I continued by studying computer science at a university in Jakarta, starting from 2023 to hopefully graduate in 2026-2027.

When I'm not working, I mostly listen to music, play games, read books, watch YouTube, browse designs on my Pinterest, etc. That's all I can say for now, I guess.
